Rice and vegetables, such as a stir fry =

I don't want something with massive amounts of sodium like soy sauce
something like duck sauce is too thick so need something in more of a liquid state

Anything tasty is good, but prefer not too spicy :P

I've searched google, but the keywords make it hard to find exactly what I'm looking for

:bonk:

you can use a low sodium soy-sauce if the sodium bothers you. basic brown sauce is soy, chicken stock, mirin, garlic, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, with numerous minute variations depending who's making it.

I would just use normal butter but I'd prefer something different for a change

The sodium doesn't bother me, it's just way too much and is like liquid sodium. I never really like the taste of soy sauce too much so was looking for other stuff
