I'm trying to find something easy to make in bulk to nibble on that's mostly made from potatoes.

Any suggestions? I know about homemade potato chips but i'm thinking more along the line of crackers and such.

only from raw potatoes or can you make from potato starch too? lots of stuff to do if using that...

from raw potatoes, i cant really think of many 'snack' things to make but if hungry you could make mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, potatoes au gratin, etc.

double baked squashed potatoes.

russets.

bake them @ 375 @ 45

remove and cool.

push down on them with a small plate untill they are smushed to about a half of an inch thick.

re bake at 450 @ 25.

more fork and knife food, but with a paper towel and some imagination im sure you could figure something out.

I do this but with the smaller new potatoes, you can easily eat them with your fingers, theyre like potato chips but they taste a lot better.

When you bake em the second time you can add whatever you want to flavor them.

Also if doing this with new potatoes, I'd steam them first instead of bake.

some snack ideas: colorful fruits, whole grain breads, mashed potatoes with the skins, kale chips, baby carrots, nuts, seeds, olives, potato wedges with olive oil and herbs, raw broccoli, sweet potato chips, almond or peanut butter.

I would use potatoes to substitute junk food lol. Get into juicing. Snack on fruits/veggies. Granola bars. Date bars are really good.
