I like the honey sweet baby rays, not so much the hot sauce.
ill usually smoke up my meat for a short period of time right on the racks, help it dry off, and get a good bit of innital smoke in the meat.
folr the main cook time ill have it in a disposable aluminim pan collecting up the juices, during this time ill be mopping it with a mix that i use, Honey, brown sugar, mustard, white vinegar, apple cider vinega, lowerys salt, ketchup, butter, and sweet baby rays.
the last step of the cooking ill cover it with some sweet baby rays and some butter then wrap with foil and let it cook till its done.
the juices in the pan, a combination of the juices from the meat, smoke, the rub, the mop. Thats good BBQ sauce.
dang that sounds good but unhealthy
