I started going to the gym and stopped eating meat simultaneously, and I'm kinda dying for it.
I've made a few things, but a man can only eat so much brown rice and black beans. anyone have some cool ideas?

I'd look into indian cuisine, they have a lot of delicious vegetarian dishes.

bacon, butter, and bread

that should cure it.

no but really, im not a vegetarian. But id think that juicing is something good for health and its vegan.

like 1-2 pomagranites, 20 -30 grapes, and 3-4 apples makes some really good high energy juice.

4-6 carrots, 3-4 celery stalks, and 3-6 apples is real good too.

6 apples and 3 oranges is good too

my grandmother makes up this tomato juice, ill do up like 8 carrots, 4 celery stalks and mix it with the tomato juice to taste.

2 sugar beats, 3-4 carrots, and some cooled mint tea is another good one, there is alot of sugar in the beats so you dont need to add any to the tea.

there are alot of good juicing recipies if you like veggies, im personally not a fan, but spinach is good, cucumber has some nice cooling, kale is alittle bitter but very healthy, you can juice all kinds of things, but i mainly stick with the few recipies above.

definitly agree with the above, lots of good Indian vegetarian food.

Lots of beans contain incomplete proteins
If you find wich beans to mix together in the same dish, you can have complete proteins, as if you were eating meat

Do a bit of google research on it

tofu is great but has estrogenic properties. not anything to worry about for a normal male, but if you're trying to gain muscle it could be a detriment.

hummus is great, especially if you make it at home. it's super easy, very cheap to make a large amount of, versatile for meals and snacks, and the flavor possibilities are almost endless.

i'm a health nut and can't consciously support vegetarianism so that's really all i've got for you. drink whey isolate.

you need complete proteins. eat protein powder or eggs. it's very difficult to get 150+g of complete protein from black beans.
