So got a Job working in the kitchen at a really nice expensive fondue resturant super siked about it
Had my first day yesterday had a little training and had to fill out this booklet with the menu on it to study it etc

I really want to make good impressions and be good at the job, there's no cooking involved due to it cooks on the tables so the people in the kitchen are plAting the meals n it's cooked out there. We do make/plate deserts and salads aswell


Just looking for advice so I can make sure to be a good employee

This. Even when it's slow don't stop to bullshit with other employees. You can talk and socialize but make sure you are doing something productive for the company at the same time. There is ALWAYS something to clean in a kitchen.
