I have a secret recipe, makes the meat literally fall off the bone while being crispy on the edges, so good.
Best ribs are from a smoker though

fuck boiling the ribs, fucking bad idea.
Cover them in tin foil, and put em in a pot in the oven (turkey thing if u got it) with the lid on.
I like me some Montreal steak spice rub, i put that all over it. Can also use like applewood smoked stuff, so good.
Cook at like 250 C for 4 hours or so.
If you want them to be amazing throw them on the BBQ with sauce after.
