Tonight I'm making a pretty damn good dinner, local mashed butternut squash, local roasted beats, apple cinnamon stuffed pork chop, and a apple cinnamon bread pudding (with local apples as well )

I think ima make some grilled cheese + turkey. i usually make bigger meals a few nights a week and just eat left overs, but ill be gone over this weekend.

Got some sliced deli turkey + shredded pepper jack cheese. gonna butter up some bread and eat up my turkey before it goes bad

I got a few lbs of cheese it in my freezer. im planning on tweaking the mac n cheese recipe a bit. last time i added some meat, but i think it overpowered the pepper jack too much

bacon, or even prosciutto would be nice, lobster if you have access to nice fresh maine lobster, if you used prosciutto you could pre cook the mac n cheese, put the prociutto incide of muffin tins, fill with mac n cheese top with blackened crumbled bacon with fresh shredded cheese, damn I want this now!

I made a fettuccine noodle dish, idk how exactly to describe it.
sautéed in butter and chicken broth, with some fresh herbs

matched with portabello mushrooms italian bread crumbs and the egg wash consisted of parmesean and ranch dressing.

Maybe I'll do this, got like 20 lbs of bacon at parents house

Didn't have time for dinner today
Have eaten two pieces of bread and now it's time for bed.

Tomorrows dinner gonna be salmon, mashed potatoes and some vegetables.
