I'm not entirely sure what would work together but here are the fruits and veggies I have

Bananas
grapes
Kale leafs
Oranges

No ice, have milk. No Flax or anything of the sort, basically trying to work with the above. Can any one help me out? Trying to eat healthy here :)

'health' shakes are just a fad that will soon pass as soon as everyone wakes up and realizes how nasty a kale shake is.

if you really want one, though, and have a blender that can handle it, banana is the only one of those that i could picture going well with kale. and some milk.

thanks, yeah I got the ninja blender thing, haven't used for a few months, haven't figured out what to use it on lol. Kale is really good for you, with other things. Raw, will just damage your body and produce kidney stones.

1 banana, 1/4 tspn vanilla extract, 1 tspn cocoa powder, protein powder.

i made one for lunch today it was, 1 frozen bananahalf cup of skim milk, oj, low fat yogurt, raspberries , blackberries , organic honey andacup of ice

4 strawberries
small handful of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
4 3/4 inch cubes of pineapple
enough orange juice to make it smooth

i add peaches sometimes. or cranberries. lots of different options.
