I usually get rib steaks from my local butcher

Stick onion n garlic powder then put Caesar dressing on it and let it sit for 1 day

I may try dry rub though any suggestions

Italian dressing in a 1 gal freezer bag . put it in the fridge overnight. tastes fucking great
Be careful though, the oil from the dressing makes it burn like a mofo sometimes.

some "steaks," like flank/skirt steak and round/eye steaks can be tenderized and enhanced with a marinade, and its perfectly acceptable, right? However, i would never marinade a sirloin or ribeye steak unless you plan on making a stir fry or something.

IF youre going to, use red wine, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and oregano.
