ate shrimp once and it was bland. didn't like it. so i think i'm supposed to remove the tails and shell and leave only the white meat. do i just add seasonings(TBD?) and put it on the george foreman grill like i do for chicken?

you never cooked with wine?

just to confirm, with 'shrimp' you refer to:



assuming you have average size ones, then the way i prefer them is to
just cook them in water (add a little wine and salt) and then eat them with aioli (a simplified version is just mayonnaise with crushed garlic [use a garlic press])

wine has too low an alcohol content to burn.

things with higher % that will burn you can still cook with, you just have to be careful how you do it.

remember to cook the shrimp whole and take the shrimp out at the end.

also under/overcooked shrimp = nn
