Looking to make one for my girlfriend, she misses the jerk chicken we had in Jamaica.
I'm looking to make a wrap but can't quite figure out what to put in it.
So far I figure.....
Marinated chicken
Tomatoes
Avocado slices
Lettuce
Cheese?
Onions?
Any help would be appreciated.

Good call on avocado. I bet a mango salsa in that wrap as well would be amazing.

Well I was originally going to do a jerk sauce because that's what she enjoyed in Jamaica.

The cilantro would add a great new flavor.
