I eat Protein and healthy. I eat Eggs for bfast / Lunch is Tuna/ chicken is dinner
So I eat chicken every night for dinner and just been seasoning it little bit Chicken seasoning/Thyme throw on some black seasoning etc.
I keep it healthy/ not too much seasoning ( So i don't do BBQ or any heavy sauce persae ) Will do Feta tho
Any1 got any recomendations for new flavors? Got spice cabinet filled with spices, just want new flavor can only eat so much similar chicken

Get boneless Chicken Breasts
Punch a bunch of holes in them with a fork
Get some Italian Dressing and cook the Chicken in the Italian Dressing on the stove
Add a little bit of Milk in to the mix with the Italian Dressing so it gets thick and sticks on the Chicken
Make sure you push down on the Chicken from time to time as it cooks, the holes will suck up the Italian Dressing and flavor the inside of the Chicken

but I suggest the above Italian Dressing, first and foremost
