I eat Protein and healthy. I eat Eggs for bfast / Lunch is Tuna/ chicken is dinner

So I eat chicken every night for dinner and just been seasoning it little bit Chicken seasoning/Thyme throw on some black seasoning etc.
I keep it healthy/ not too much seasoning ( So i don't do BBQ or any heavy sauce persae ) Will do Feta tho

Any1 got any recomendations for new flavors? Got spice cabinet filled with spices, just want new flavor can only eat so much similar chicken

Any ideas?

Salt /pepper/paprika is my favorite. Lots of paprika. I rub it in with a little oil and put it on the grill. Low and slow because paprika can burn and turn bitter.

I marinate my chicken with Pineapples, Cider vinegar, Garlic cloves (diced), little bit of honey, and garlic powder is my fav. atm. There's a bunch of healthy marinade recipes all over the web. And BTW BBQ your chicken, more fat will drip off the chicken, plus it's tastier! Also, BBQ sauce isn't terrible, just look for a low sodium/calorie sauce!

marinate in tequila/lime juice/sriracha/salt/pepper/garlic and then bbq with mesquite wood smoke.

Simmer in a brine for 30-40 minutes, then cover it in franks red hot or put it on a salad with non-fat dressing or cottage cheese

Get boneless Chicken Breasts
Punch a bunch of holes in them with a fork
Get some Italian Dressing and cook the Chicken in the Italian Dressing on the stove
Add a little bit of Milk in to the mix with the Italian Dressing so it gets thick and sticks on the Chicken
Make sure you push down on the Chicken from time to time as it cooks, the holes will suck up the Italian Dressing and flavor the inside of the Chicken

Also try: Cooking with Vinegarettes
but I suggest the above Italian Dressing, first and foremost
