my gf doesnt like raw meat and a steak has to be raw in the inside imo

i thought something with chicken or fish
but what to serve with it? :(

nothing wrong with pasta if its something more than just boiled noodles with jarred sauce thrown on top.

cook linguine or desired pasta to desired doneness. (ie al dente.)

saute diced onion, red pepper and green pepper until soft then add garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped fresh cilantro. toss with the noodles.

for a protein, if youre feeling adventurous you could try sea bass.

season both sides with salt and pepper and cook over medium high heat in olive oil in a pan.

when just about done, add minced garlic and let it cook a bit.

add some white wine (chablis or chardonnay) being careful not to catch your hood on fire, melting the fan blade and filter.

also add some lime juice, sriracha and chopped fresh cilantro.

First provide her with a fresh salad, nice looking with her favorite dressing.
Then Cook her up some grilled chicken, with roasted potatoes, and a vegetable of your choice.
And for desert make her creme brûlée or molten lava cake.

She will be wishing she had met you sooner.
