is it like a rolled slab of meat thats slightly sinewy and tough? you could probably compare it to beef blade and calculate the rough amount of calories and nutrition info. but if it looks what i think it looks like then its probably less than what a beef blade steak would have.
you could also compare to flat iron steak, since that is what im thinking it looks like, but rolled up.
