i bought a pack of beef blade eye roll at the chinese market

i tried googling the nutrition / calorie information but seems to be none. Does anyone know any other words that describe this cut of beef? I am counting calories so i want to know the nutrition info of it

Not positive but beef chuck eye ? I'm pretty sure chuck/blade can be interchanged

lol ive seen this cut to at my asian markets, i dont get for that reason exactly: i have no idea wtf it is. but it seems like its for the crock pot since its a tough part of the cow.

lol ill probably never get it again since it has no nutrition info at the back and the name makes 0 sense..

is it like a rolled slab of meat thats slightly sinewy and tough? you could probably compare it to beef blade and calculate the rough amount of calories and nutrition info. but if it looks what i think it looks like then its probably less than what a beef blade steak would have.

you could also compare to flat iron steak, since that is what im thinking it looks like, but rolled up.

i have no idea, havent ate beef for a long time since i started dieting, just been eating chicken and tilapia, etc

but i missed beef so i decided to get some hoping i could find nutrition value on google

well every other kind of beef at metro or fortinos (where i shop at) dont have nutrition value of the meats and i cant find them online so i dont eat them
