i usually only eat the no carb stuff. egg whites mixed with protein powder.

cream cheese blueberry is tasty though

We make this really tasty irish dish at my work called a boxty, its a thin potato pancake stuffed with beef and sauteed vegetables, and topped with a guinness sauce. They're delicious.

Either plain american pancakes with bacon, or crêpes with whiped cream and strawberry jam ^_^
