Should've let the garlic bread bake longer but I was hungry.
The meatballs were really juicy & tasty... I used ground beef, and 1 link each of sweet Italian pork & chicken sausages from Sprouts, 1 egg, roasted garlic breadcrumbs and some oregano & sea salt.
I go with ground beef and pork, egg, plain bread crumbs, little garlic powder, little italian seasoning, little onion flakes, and a nice amount of finely chopped parsley.
Im a real big fan of fresh parsley in my meatballs.
