I have trouble finding certain fish in reasonable sizes... usually they are at least in 1.5 - 2 pounds, but I usually go to specialty food stores
theres a few places around here that carry it. unfortunately, though, the place i used to prefer closed, leaving either one close by that doesnt always have, or a place that has nicer stuff but is farther away and reallly expensive. i used to make just about every week, but it got expensive, and i dont have the time anymore, so now i only make it once in a while. it doesnt neccesarily take a large piece, the ones i got were ~1/2 lb each.
also: tonights dinner, stir-fry. delicious as usual.
