looking to make spaghetti & meatballs with my slow cooker.
i have a bunch of fresh tomatoes that were donated to me and wanted tomake it into a sauce. i know how to remove the skin, dice etc but how do i reduce it? i do not have a blender or anything. can i just cook it on low on the stove for like an hour and add a bit of water once a bit?
then in the slow cooker just add browned meatballs + this sauce with other veggies and let it simmer for 2-3 hours? or longer if i wanted too ofc?
just unsure how to go about this lol
