I'm going to start posting every time I cook something, which is quite often.
I'll start by telling you who I am.
My name is Amanda and I've recently graduated from Culinary School.
Right now I'm a little confused because I am passionate about many things but don't know which I would like to pursue.
I am passionate about baking but also just normal cooking.
I also really enjoy the technique of Sushi.
So to start off I will post some pictures of items I have made in the past.
