My first favorite has to be the rib eye. served medium well / medium.
Second would have to be prime rib, cur from the same section as rib eye cooked medium.
Third would have to be Porterhouse. again medium well / medium.
Last but not least by far would have to be Chorizo. made with the uneaten parts into sausage, cooked with eggs and potatoes and served with cilantro in a tortilla.

now i know that some people are all about the cuts with less fat and kudos to them, but i like my fatty cow protein.
i would much rather have a giant slab of prime rib than a puck of tenderloin filet. (even if that puck is wrapped in bacon!)

wbu?

depends on where i am on how i order how done it is. some places around here serve a medium when you ask for medium rare.

Rib eye steak is my favorite cut of beef because it tastes the best and its tender.

Rib steak bone in. Best part is gnawing on the bone after the rest of the steak is gone. The meat around the bone is soooo gooood.

Has to be rare for me.

I also love prime rib but its pretty much the exact same thing as a bone in rib steak, just bigger and roasted instead of grilled.
