Got some good mixes to share?

I just threw together a quick glaze tomake some crappy fish cakes a lil more palatable. Was o.j., ginger ale, lemon juice, so y sauce, turmeric, onion powder, and corn starch to thicken. Not bad for just using whatever was in reach.
