Bulgur wheat boiled in chicken broth (the bulgur will absorb the broth) add curry powder and chili powder in the broth.
Take 200g lamb and cook it in the oven with some mashed tomatoes and metha. (i prefer to have the meat and mix in a bag a few hours and put the meat on a grill)
Serve with watercress and fatfree quark
carbs + protein per meal
100g bulgur
200g lamb
100g quark
50g~watercress
90g carbs
52g protein

Steak potatoes. + steamed vegetables like broccoli carrots squash. All day everyday. Potatoes have more protein in them than you think they do, too.
