my mom is constantly saying how she's sick of all the things she makes/doesnt know what to make anymore lol

so i figured it was a good idea to get her a cookbook or three for christmas..

need a cook book that mainly has stuff u would eat for dinner

she's a pretty good cook. i wouldnt call her a noob. the stuff she makes is godly, but we just need more options lol. idk. stuff with super fancy ingredients is not a good idea. or if the foods take longer than 45 min

oh i should prolly note that i hate pretty much every vegetable LOL. i only like corn/potatos/small amount of onions/peppers

anyone got any recommendations of what book(s) i should get her?

looking to pay $75ish or less..(its a cheap christmas this year bc family poor yo) lol. this my first year with a job (just started a month ago) so i wanna get her something decent~

I just recently bought this book

http://www.amazon.com/Chef-Michael-Smiths-Kitchen-Favorite/dp/0670066915/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1354116027&sr=1-1&keywords=chef+michael+smith%27s+kitchen

There's some really great recipes in there although he does cook with vegetables just about every chef does if I where you I would learn to enjoy them rather than fighting.
