I want to make spicy meatballs, with a nice glaze.

Anyone know of a really good recipe? I will probably serve with white rice and steamed veggies

Not too sure about the meatballs themselves but I've heard that equal parts ketchup and ginger ale cooked down and reduced makes a nice glaze. Never tried it tho.

I went to a culinary showcase event over the weekend and got to try an amazing lamb meatball which was actually spicy!

What are the chances... although it didn't have a glaze, I got the recipe down Just need a nice little glaze now.... possibly a honey-hot kinda thing
