What are the best pot's/pans and stuff to buy for taking lots of abuse in the kitchen?
Tired of buying crappy one's that don't last a long time, and when you scrub the teflon it wears off :(

What's like the "Snap-On tools of cooking"?

Links possibly to if able to buy online? :)

maybe you should learn to cook properly so you don't damage your pots and pans?

If you're concerned about the Teflon, then use cast iron. If its properly seasoned and you preheat the pan, most things won't stick to the pan, and you shouldn't need soap to clean it.

To season it just put it in a 500 degree oven with a VERY little bit of canola/grapeseed oil on it for an hour, then add a bunch of kosher salt and vigorously rub the pan with paper towel. Afterwards allow it to cool and wipe with more paper towel to clean it. NEVER use soap on cast iron, or you'll have to re season the pan.
