wanted to try making a chocolate cheesecake, this is what i came up with. used a combination of cocoa and ganache to turn my regular cheesecake recipe into a chocolate one. didnt get to try it yet, though, gotta wait til tomorrow.

thanks, it was. it was a little too chocolatey, id put a little less next time, but overall it was really good. it tasted like a fudge brownie with a bit of cheesiness. id rather a better balance, though, so that its more of a fudgy cheesecake taste. the method worked nicely overall though. it was denser than my regular cheesecake, but not so dense as a brick.

Looks good, but the modernist plating on paper plates is pretty lame, haha.

Another good flavour I've made before is triple chocolate baileys cheesecake.

best cheesecake iv ever had was an apple pie with a cheesecake bottom mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
