I saw this article [
http://www.ourbestbites.com/2009/10/worlds-best-dinner-rolls/] and I want to try it since my mom told me she wanted me to try making the rolls this year for thanksgiving. We can never find a winning bread roll that everyone is in love with so I want to make these. I read the directions carefully multiple times but I'm nervous to attempt it.
Any tips or advice with this specific recipe & with yeast in general?
