I saw this article [http://www.ourbestbites.com/2009/10/worlds-best-dinner-rolls/] and I want to try it since my mom told me she wanted me to try making the rolls this year for thanksgiving. We can never find a winning bread roll that everyone is in love with so I want to make these. I read the directions carefully multiple times but I'm nervous to attempt it.

Any tips or advice with this specific recipe & with yeast in general?

i make pizza dough for work few times a week.

i always add yeast / salt / water / sugar

then add the flour

idk if that helps but never really made dinner rolls before. i guess you would just add more yeast

a trick for a good rise is to stick the dough in your oven with just the light on for 2 hours. but i dont make rolls either, this is a tip for chinese buns...

can also just stick it in the microwave and leave in there for a few hours to rise.
make sure the water is just the right temperature or else the yeast will die
