Im sick right now with the first stages of a flu.

So I poured some olive oil into my pan and heated it up.

Chopped up half a clove of Garlic and let it start to cook for awhile.

Then tossed in 2 scramby eggs.

Just before they were about ready I grated some cheese on top and placed a lid on it to let it all melt.

I served it on a slice of toast with an orange on the side.

Now how do i get rid of garlic breath? Will the citrus from the orange couteract the garlic?

i know rubbing hands/fingers against iron will remove the smell of garlic from them, never tried sucking on iron to get rid of the breath though, doubt it works though.

The reason why garlic (alium sativa) makes ur breath smell bad is becuz it releases an odourous chemical in your respiratory system, no amount of toothpaste can clean ur lungs. I've read that drinking copious amounts of milk b4 during and after eating the garlic helps to minimize the chemical by absorbing some of it in the lipids of the milk.
