I think he means what type of recipes.

Main courses? Sides? Desserts? Etc.

Anything basically. Main courses would probably be preferred but I'm open for anything.

I don't know any specific recipes that are good for gluten-free, but a friend of mine has to eat gluten-free and gets a lot of her recipes from here: http://glutenfreegoddess.***/

Quinoa is a decent alternative to gluten-free pasta, can be used in the same dishes etc.

Not all that super tasty though..

Make some fruit smoothies

Is there a reason you are eating gluten free or just a lifestyle change?

I've read about quinoa already and I've had it once before. The taste isn't too bad but the texture drives me crazy. It's like eating tapioca that won't stay between your teeth.

I have Celiac Disease so I'm basically forced to change my eating habits. I'll miss a lot of things but I still get to eat a lot of the foods that I enjoy(fruits and veggies).
