Dry aged prime cut ribeye, i have always seen this before but was always too damn cheap to buy one but i finally got one

and i must say, i had a boner the whole time i was eating it.


just seasoned with a little bit of pepper and salt





and as a side dish i complimented it with an outstanding beer

the only reason i got it cuz it was on sale for $25 a pound

I'll take a New York over a ribeye any day. I use Montreal Steak Seasoning on mine and it tastes better than any steak I've ever had, lol.

i never had a dry aged steak before this was on sale lol, so had to taste it with very little seasoning

Was it really worth the price in the end?

My dad was always the type to lightly season a steak, but he always did it on the bbq. I live in England atm, and the weather's too unpredictable for a grill here. So, I use a George Foreman grill instead. Without charcoal, you need a bit of a flavor boost.

no it wasnt lol, but was very good all the way through had to try it, wher ei live we cant own charcoal but gas works for me...
