But.. it's also more expensive and that's because it's a better quality, comes from Italy and tastes better :)

The Reggiano stands for "Regional" as with wine/champagne

You can have this with Cheese, wine, nuts, honey etc...

The exact term would be AOC as in Appelation D'origine Controlé, pardon my french :) Meaning the product is produced in a specific region, following strict rules on how it was made.
