This was a recipe I used a couple months ago. It came out really well, and I'm not even a fan of salmon.

Ingredients

1 pound salmon fillets
lemon pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
3 tablespoons and 1-3/4 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons and 1-3/4 teaspoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons and 1-3/4 teaspoons water
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved. Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture, seal, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill, and discard marinade. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

I actually am not THAT big of a salmon lover. I enjoy it from time to time, my girlfriend is starting to get big on fish so let's see how we both enjoy BOTH these recipes. ^_^

Thanks you!

The only seafood I really like is lobster and shrimp, lol. My husband's Alaskan Native though, so he's used to salmon, crab, and all that. I only made it a few months back for him. Otherwise, I wouldn't eat it, lol.

take a ceasar dressing and blend it in the food processor with fresh dill, a clove of garlic and a small peeled, deseeded cucumber. brush the pan, lay down the salmon, brush the salmon. bake at 325 for 14 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave inside for another 3-4.

Sup Killax

I'm a chef, and this is my favorite salmon dish.

Blackened Salmon

Oil that beast up
Coat skin, and flesh side in Cajun seasoning.
Virgin Olive oil the pan (Extra virgin has a lower smoke point)
When you move the oil around the pan it should make a ripple effect on the pan. That's when you know it's hot enough.
Skin side down, for 2-3 minutes. Flip, flesh side down for 2-3 minutes.

I like to put it over a creamy garlic rice pilaf, but it can go over any rice/ Cream sauce pasta.
