Umm sorry to say but most likely they get them shipped in frozen like that. Next time you are in a store check out the frozen food section, you might shit bricks.

I'm originally from Vegas, and when I saw this restaurant, it was just ridiculous. Fried lard, and butterfat milkshakes. Makes me sick just thinking about it.
