so i know this isn't really culinary arts related but it's the closest forum on the site.

so i have these quesadillas, that came in a box at costco, i dind't make them.

you microwave them normally i think

one day i was getting an ice cream cone out of my deep freeze and i returned later for a second tasty treat to find i had left the box of quesadillas on the floor beside the freezer, i threw them back into the freezer.

i have no idea how long they were out for, there was much condensation on the box, but that doesn't really help the time thing. i don't know if they were hard or soft.

this was about a month or more ago and i am considering eating one... what could happen? i mean there's a lot of salt that kills bacteria right? help please! i'm hungry and it's too late to cook

You'll be fine. Refreezing only hurts the quality usually.

if it didnt go bad from being unfrozen and left beside the freezer for too long it certainly didnt go bad from being re-frozen, just microwave one and smell it, if it smells right i say go for it
