earlier in the spring i did a waitressing volunteer event for a night, and one of the food they had available was a croissant with crab. it was so heavenly i had to try to make it myself!
you take a butter croissant (or cheese whichever you fancy) and cut in half like a hot dog!
taking a flaked crab mix (it can be real crab or fake crab, the fake crab is a bit sweeter for this recipe) you mix with a little bit of mayo or whipped dressing like you're about to make a tuna sandwich.
then you put the mixture between the croissant.
you can add cut up red or orange peppers too for extra tastiness!
or other ingredients too.
close the croissant and enjoy!
i dont know the name of this recipe. but hopefully someone tries it out and finds this familiar sounding!

I've had that at the opening of a new collection at a Banana Republic store, but it was these oven fried crackers and lobster instead. Heavenly!

They are easy snacks, it just depends if you're lazy or not.
