I just made myself a Bagel so delicious I felt I needed to share it with someone:

Cajun Chicken Breast

Low fat Mayonnaise

Yellow Mustard

Thin sliced Marble Cheese

VERY thin sliced Herrgård Cheese (really strong)

Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

On a Multigrain Bagel.

I thought it was going to be too much cheese but i was wrong. So good.

i made something similar to this today except on a croissant cause you gave me the idea, lol. it was nummy.

I just made another of the same bagel except instead of cajun chicken and herrgård cheese I used rosemary ham and jalapeño havarti.

Delicious.
