thanks, i definitely have a knack for it. ive worked in lots of places with lots of chefs. aside from always picking up a new trick here or there, id say that imho im better than 80-90% of the chefs ive worked with, despite never having been formally trained.

yeah, thats acutally an old pic. i think from the first time i made it. maybe second. i make it a bit more saucy now.

Perhaps you may try a peanut alternative, like cashews. They can be ground up to a texture that resembles peanut butter. In fact, cashews taste better :)
