ok ok i'm still kinda new to the per-agricultural diet thing.
i know pasta is out of the question, so are potatoes and grains.
beans are a grey area.
what i want to focus on is juices, more specifically veggie juices.
whats the deal with V8? good or bad? (dont give me that hippie crap either i need a response from a neutral party)
what dont i get from juicing vs blending?
i absolutely HATE veggies... i hate the texture and usually this makes me dislike the flavor.
however i tried this veggie blend at Costco and i gotta say that with some Tabasco it might just work. (needs vinegar and salt always)
i love my meats and seeds... i just cant seem to fit veggies into the mix because theyre bad texture.
