So it was a test run on the newly acquired smoker but IMO came out pretty damn good. Ended up going through 2x 8lb bags of lump coal & aprox 3/4 bag of hickory wood chips. Only smoked them for 3 &1/2 hrs & did it at a higher temp then usual because we got started late & wanted them to be done in time.

The rub was a combo of bunch of different shit & sauce was kinda the same way. Started out with I think its called "dave's inferno" bbq sauce or w/e then added ketchup, mustard, pepper, garlic, cayenne, etc. etc.
Result was a pretty damn tender rib with a good crust on it & a sweet but hot BBQ sauce that was layerd multiple times so it was nice & sticky. Next batch should be even more delicious
