Take Honey Maid graham crackers and a tub of Kraft Philadelphia "Ready to eat Cheesecake Filling", split the graham cracker in half, spread cheesecake filling on it, put the other half on top, eat. :drool:
It's like a really easy mini crunchy cheesecake? o_o

These are the kinds of things I do when I'm bored, come up with weird food creations. This ones nommy though :D

Sounds pretty nifty actually. You could even add in like strawberry jam, and make a little sandwich.
