green olives are healthier.

Why not put some tuna or chicken in that salad?

+ its not healthy, thats like drinking water with some salt

its all healthy except for feta cheese, so put just a little..

it depends which kind of feta i think, i've heard american feta is much saltier so not as good

Cucumbers, tomatoes and onions are like water? lol go read on nutrition... it's not because vegetable contains lots of water that they have no nutriments...

Cucumber

2% Vitamin A, C, & Iron.

7% Iron.

Onion

Calcium: 3%, Iron 2%, Vitamin C 12%, Fiber 5%

Tomato

Vitamin A 25%, Calcium 1%, Iron 2%, Vitamin C 32%



these are mainly waterbased , but they do require an adequate amount of water, they arent like cactus's or banana's that dont require much water.

its not so much the nutrition, that matters, its the properties it possesses thathelp your body according to your blood type.
