Made some today for dinner... they were pretty tasty.

Going to try to make some kind of sauce for them next time.

Didn't really follow a recipe... only had canned salmon, so it has that, a little bit of bacon, potato flakes, little bit of soy sauce, oregano and parsley. Egg for binding and fried in EVOO.

My grandma used to make the BEST salmon cakes. I still need to make some myself.

my mom made some the other day with some flax seed and other stuff in em that were pretty good. (happen to be currently visiting parents.)

i heat up frozen ones sometimes at work. accidentally burned em one time so i opened up a can of marinara sauce and used that to cover it up. didnt hear anything back so it mustve been ok... made em from scratch with tuna once. those were pretty good, too. i think i sauteed diced onion and peppers, seasoned, added some marinara and egg and the tuna. if i had had the time and inclination i would have breaded em, too, but didnt bother. was good tho, even without.
