Honestly, this has helped me eat salads several times a week now. All you do is cut up some chicken or turkey and toss it in the frying pan with the sauce. Then add it to some spinach or whatever greens you want and add dressing.

Great for 1 or 2 people.

Seriously when you need kraft disgusting dressing to eat a salad you have a serious problem... maybe try to learn how to make real food now...

a salad in itself is just really boring and bland. hes simply giving a way to enjoy them.

One thing we do is buy a rotisserie chicken from the local grocery store. You can chop that up pretty quickly, and you're good to go.

If you don't like my suggestion, I'll give you another one. How about I pay you a dollar for every time you come to my house and make me a salad. You have to buy the ingredients yourself of course.
