Something I made a few weeks ago came out pretty tasty.

Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon with baked potato & parmesan sprinkled brussel sprouts.

Started by wrapping the baked potato in tin foil & cooking on the grill for aprox 15-20mins before starting the steak. I just tossed the Filet Mignon already wrapped in bacon on the grill for about 4 mins a side or so. Cut the brussel sprouts in half & started to cook them in some EVOO then seasoned with sea salt & pepper & topped with fresh parmesan cheese right at the end. I know some of them look burnt but I love them like that ;P

I think it's suppose to resemble "broken" clay glued back together? I have no idea. Lmfao. Just bought it cause we needed plates, and it looked the best at the time. =-P

Oh, I've had bacon-wrapped filet mignon more than once, and I can tell you, I know it's delicious, as well as oven-roasted brussel sprouts. However, filet mignon can be quite rich and pricey.

The steak I used is a New Yorker. Simple seasoned with "Montreal Steak" seasoning, and cooked for about 15 mins on the George Foreman grill we have. The potato was rubbed with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and then baked at 400 degrees for 1.5 hours, with butter on top. The salad's just some premade from the store with Mrs. Cubbison's Garlic and Cheese croutons, and Italian Dressing.

Ya I dont do Filet Mignon very often. Most of the time when im craving a steak I pickup a nice big Top sirloin for less than half the price per lb of the Filet Mignon. & btw I love the Montreal steak seasoning. I also use this shit called firey pepper that has like 5 kinds of pepper with garlic, etc... mmm
