very simple nachos that i like:

get a flat oven pan

pour your fav tortilla chips onto the pan

shred cheese all over the chips. i use cheddar and monteray jack... dont be stingy

slice up some jalapenos and cover the cheese with them.

throw it all in the oven on 400F, until the cheese is super melted.

remove from the oven and add salsa and sour cream on top. i love medium mango salsa.

boom nachos.

***also u can add some shredded up chicken, crumbled cooked bacon or pan cooked ground beef to the cheese layer (make sure to drain off the beef grease). the point is just to not be stingy with any of the ingredients.

Tortilla Chips
+premade beef/chicken (taco flavored)
+nacho cheese/mozarella
+jalapenos diced
+375 degrees til cheese melts

Add sour cream
guacamole
diced tomatoes (slicing tomatoes work best)
more cheese
bam, taco sauce, hot sauce and/or salsa
