I know how to make them but I am looking for ways to make them taste unique or different? does anyone have some tips

best omelette:

batter 4 eggs with a bit of milk (add in ham, onions, peppers or whatever you want).. throw that in a coverable frying pan, cover @ low heat until solid, flip, put cheese on top!

this shit is golden m8!

mix with cream, sour cream, pepper, plate it up with rice and add cheese/bbq sauce

I would recommend (which is what i do) saute some onions and green and/or red peppers. Then cook the scramble eggs with some milk, throw in some ham. Throw the onions and peppers in after.


And don't forget the bacon as a side dish...ofc

Mix eggs before-hand with sea salt and fresh crack black pepper. Drop in medium hot pan with butter in it... stir constantly until it's halfway cooked (should take seconds), then move away from fire and drop heavy cream in it while stiring... the heat from the pan should finish the cooking (please don't overcook your eggs... they need to be still very soft..)
Shave black truffle on top , enjoy.
