thanks and enjoy!

the mash-up

1 & 1/4 pnd ground beef
3 slices bacon - finely chopped
1/3 large sweet onion - finely chopped
2 egg whites
1/4 cup michelob ultra - for health
4 saltine crackerz - crushed
3 garlic cloves - minced
sprig of basil - minced
pinch of salt/pepper

mash it all up in a bowl. pat the burgers out very wide (theyll shrink a lot). grill to medium-well and add a slice of monteray-jack cheese at the end. only flip them shits once to ensure proper juice retention.

serve on a kaiser roll. lettuce, dill pickles, mustard/mayo/ketchup, and horseradish complete the act.
**if froggish - wrap the burger in 2 slices of bacon before grilling for extra satisfaction.
