Hahaha good idea, but I wanna actually try to do this... see if I can pull it off.

Thanks for the suggestions, those all look pretty easy and good. Looking for something maybe a little more original though, I know it would start to get more difficult however. If all else fails, I'm gonna try the snickerdoodles.

Thanks for the suggestion. Those look good still, but once again something a little more original than sugar cookies, but are still easy would be great.

Chocolate chip cookies without chocolate chips are good!

My g/f does not each chocolate either. She says just use more nuts like walnuts, pecans or macademian nuts, but NOT peanuts.

Peanut butter cookies are good too, but that's been suggested.

/edit You should ask that girl what types of sweets she likes.

/edti2 Make sure to use REAL vanilla extract, not the fake stuff.

Coconut Macaroons.

there easy, fast, delicious and very trendy atm.

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
5 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

In a large bowl, stir together the flour, coconut and salt. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla using your hands until well blended. Use an ice cream scoop to drop dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. Cookies should be about golf ball size.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until coconut is toasted.

I would start at 10 minuts and then check after that, your looking for a golden brown. do not worry about how oft they are, they will firm up after cooled. But will retain a soft moist inside.

Needed the cookies for today, so I went ahead and did the snickerdoodles. Turned out they were one of her favorite cookies so it worked haha. She loved em and nobody could believe that I actually made them.

Thank you for the suggestions though, those both look good, because of my success I may have to bake again in the future and I'll keep those both in mind.
