Trying to avoid:
1. sugar
2. carbonation

Currently I buy diet soda and i manually shake the carbonation out. I'm curious if you guys know how to make carbonation-free, sugar-free flavoured beverages via stevia? Do I just mix unsweetened flavoured syrup (where would i buy this?) with stevia and water?

soda flavours or fruit flavours would be great.

Mmmmmm the carbonation in drinks is what keeps the flavor moving around. Well "flat" drinks, or drinks without carbonation in them have a very distinct flavor at the bottom of the bottle/cup.
You're pretty much looking for a Kool-Aid style drink with soda or fruit taste. You could use honey also as a sugar substitute. You could simply make a sache

If you're trying to cut back on acidic drinks because of tooth or intestinal or gastric problems with acidic foods, you can always buy 2 liters, take the cap off and leave it in the fridge.

check these out as well: http://www.sodastreamusa.com/

They sell soda flavors and you use their machine to carbonate your own bottles.
ORRRRRRRRR you could just buy the flavors and add them to your non carbonated water bottles as you wish!!

I'm not sure if you're talking about fresh stevia (I grow my own) if you are here's a good place to read about preserving it, or converting it into a powder or syrup. Their alcoholic syrup recipe is rly good if you add lemons :) http://theherbgardener.blogspot.ca/2009/08/make-stevia-syrup.html

i have two bunnies in the apartment. do you think they'd eat it? I have two big windows (living room + bedroom) that start a few inches above the ground. They can definitely get to it.
