I was thinking about making a homemade stuffed Ravioli/Tortellini and was wondering a couple things.

Mostly just how difficult and if you guys had any tips in general.

Thanks for your help :)

If you have a pasta maker, it's pretty easy. If not, you've got to be pretty good with a rolling pin to get good results. I would definitely start with ravioli over tortellini just for ease of assembly.

No pasta maker, should be okay with a rolling pin.

What type of sauce you thinking?
Maybe a garlic bread.
